We want to Manage our Devices at a Enterprise level, but cannot due to the UUID/GUID being identical.

For certain OPS models, we can send a application that can be used to change the UUID/GUID so this is possible.

Please request this software if this is needed for your devices. We have it available for the JZM model OPS.

 

Below are the directions for this software.

Download the files that were sent to you.

1.     Double Click to open the DMIEDITx64.exe tool located in the UUID folder

Click on "Type 001 -- System Information" once


2.     Double Click the UUID option. Doing so will open the dialogue box as seen in the image below.


Click on “Auto Generate System UUID” – Then click OK.

​3.     Once the UUID has been updated. Click on the lightning bolt logo that says Type (see image below)


The UUID/GUID will then be unique for that specific OPS.
