The panel is a very large android device which by design are mobile devices.  On my 75 SLIM in my shop, when I pull up YouTube, the URL will read m.youtube.com meaning the web site checks the type of device the redirects the device to the mobile web site.  The mobile version of you tube plays video set for a smaller screen.  In the case of the IFP, it shows the same image.  However it is supersized.  Also known as distorted.

When he is looking at a video from the PC through the Panel he is seeing the video at a higher resolution.  Up to 4K depending on the video card and settings in the PC.  It will look much better.
