G2 Panel – Touch Control Not Working

Customer said the touch on the panel was not working on the Android system. Customer also said the touch was not working when a computer with a known good USB cable was plugged in.
Possible Resolution:
Locate the remote control for the panel. Press the blue button on the remote to enable/disable the touch control on the panel. See attached image.
